Hi all, I hope all is well with everyone. I can't wait to have my first ENDO doc appointment on the 15th May. After reading posts and comments, I feel quite educated on this PCO's... thanks to you all....special thanks Belle,Victoria, and Tara. I have finished the second month of birth control and I don't think that I will start when the cycle is to start again. By that time I will have the Endo appointment. On sad note... my asthma is really bad now. I was doing well with walking and exercising.. I was walking a 1/2 mile in 30 minutes.. yeah I know really bad but I weigh over 300, it was a start. I lost ten pouinds or so and things progressed, I moved up to walking 1 mile in 30 minutes and weight training. I am blessed to have the equipment in my home and things were working well. For the last few weeks I have not been breathing right. Having to rely on mini neb's 3-5 times a day, I am on several medications and one of them is prednisone- a steriod. Steriods=weight gain. I am on my second series. I am fighting this battle hard. My Asthma specialist says I can't even think about losing weight if I can't breath... make sense, but to have to start ALL OVER AGAIN>>>>>uuuuuuuuuuggggggghhhhhhh!!!!! I just don't feel right in my body. Weight, headaches, dizziness,tiredness, can't breath, on and on and on... I am tried of complaining too.....I found PCO's as mi diagnosis and I was so happy because FINALLY I knew what was going on with my bod. I just wasn't this hairy, overweight, 40 yr old women who would be have to just except that this was who I am and I'll be overweight and hairy without a period for the rest of my life. I am hoping that the med's the endo doc give will help me to begin to get on the right track and start reversing some of these problems I face.Thanks for listening and bending your ears....smile...have a blessed day to you all!!!!
