Low carb doesn't mean you have to eat high fat. Chicken, turkey, seafood, lean beef, and low-fat dairy products are all good sources of protein without large amounts of fat. Add to it small portions of fresh fruit, veges, and WHOLE grains, and you have yourself a low-fat, low/med carb diet. Don't forget the water too! :)
