That was the first time eating chips since i started taking the GTF.. I dont usually eat chips but maybe once a month.. if that. That was my 5th day on the gtf too. I wasnt testing it at all.. and no, dont usually eat carbs like that. I'm not a big carb eater except for pasta, rice and breads. Which i've backed off of. Been low carbing for about a week now. The reaction i had just sorta shocked me.. I am feeling better today.. so am hoping it was a just that once..

Thanks for the info on the vitamins! I am anemic,, so do need an iron pill everyday. I am going to take a look at everything you suggested..Thanks again! Valeri
