Gatorade is a high sugar drink and not appropriate for people with IR/PCOS. Water and fruits are a much better solution to avoid dehydration.

You absolutely should not take progesterone unless blood test shows a need for it. Women with PCOS/IR have too much male hormones taking progesterone is not going to help. I have read that it will make things far worse -- "Women, weight and hormones" Elizabeth Vliet, MD

I think "Estrogen dominance" is pseudo science manufactured to sell progestrone cream. That's just my opinion -- but I'm sticking to it.
