You might need a lower dose due to lower body weight (congrads on the loss).

I thought I felt better on 1000mg, every time I went up to 1500 mg I thought my weight loss stopped. But I was having a bad time in the last third of my cycle so I decided to try 1500mg again and have that dose for 2 months and I just had a great last third of the cycle so I'm not going to go any lower than 1500 again.

I suggest that you look at your blood results - insulin and hormones if you want to go lower - say 1500mg. It's a good idea to chart the results along with your dosage (and weight), this makes it easier for you and the doctor to see what's best for you as your body continues to change.

Good luck.
