I quit my caff. habit and I just want to encourage you to stick to your resolve. It will make you feel a whole lot better. I got my husband to quit too, and he is not a morning person and drank a lot of coffee in the morning "to get going", ironically he has had a whole lot more energy since he quit.

Good luck!
