Its Solaray Brand..and yes it says biologically active

I went and got the one you had said you were taking.. doesnt have the piconalate in it.

hey i have a question.. when i got this.. the health food stare clerk showed me several different ones, this one being the least expensive.. They all looked to be the same thing.. why are the others double, even trible the price?

anyway.. i'm not sure if its the chromium doing this.. but the yucky feeling hasnt gone away either.. I really feel bad, and was fine before taking the pill this afternoon. I am only taking one a day.. as a trial to see how i react to it. Also.. what other vitamins do you recomend taking? I really need to start taking a multi vitamin, but not sure which to get.
