Do not, under any circumstances, try to tailor your symptom list to fit a particular diagnosis. It is possible that you do not have PCOS and the doctor could miss the correct diagnosis if you do not give him/her a complete picture. What may seem trivial to you, may be the one thing to tip the doctor off and lead him/her to the real problem.
