My RE had me on 500 mg a day for a week or so and then I increased to 1000 mg for a week or so and then finally after a month, I went up to 1500 mg. I did not have any nasuea at all either. I found taking it in the middle of dinner helped, as many people have also reported.

Best of luck! Penhead
