I recently had laperscopic surgey on my ovaries and had a pie wedge cut in one of them, and a cyste removed from the other. Now my Dr. says i should ovulate is this true?,without clomid? I also have questions on the hormone LH, I have used those home furtility pee sticks in the past to become pregnant and they told me when i was ovulating, and then i heard that with pcos you always have high levels of LH , Im confused as to why the tests work then, anyone have any info about this surgery and LH?
