well... i believe the LH:FSH ratio to make a PCOS diagnosis is > 3:1... with your FSH at 4.3, an LH over 12.9 would indicate PCOS. so... yeah. that can confirm PCOS. you could also look at insulin levels, testosterone, free testosterone... but I have read more than one source saying that if there ever is a definitive test for PCOS it ought to be LH:FSH ratios.
