I have lost 8 pounds so far. I had tried other programs with little or no success. I am so pleased to actually find something that works so well. I feel really good on this and it has given my self esteem a real boost to be finally losing the weight that I need to. I have now increased my exercise as well to help tone and am learning to eat better. I'm very motivated to never walk down this road again as a fat person.
