Yes. The choice is whether or not you want to remove the 'sensation' out of the article and decide whether or not kids are for you. They aren't for everyone. I have 2 sisters who are career people, and having kids wasn't a priority for them. So the article didn't do anything for them. Its all a personal decision.

How about asking the doctors' office this or your current doctor? Have you discussed your plans for your health, the direction you want to take it, children, etc.?

My doctor gives me the facts, and then lets me make the decision, based on what my goals, wants and needs are. They may ask you what your goals are, and then make suggestions from there. Best of luck!
