Could you have PCOS and the test come back normal? Did you hear that? That was the sound of half of the women on this forum sighing in acknowledgement of your situation. The main thing is not the actual value of the lab tests, but the relationships between those values in some cases (LH should be about the same as the FSH, insulin should not be the same as the glucose, etc.) In other cases, the lab values can be set entirely too high for us. You can go to http://www.pcosupport.org to see how likely you are to have PCOS.

On the other hand, some people of Mediterrean descent have been known to have more facial hair that those of European or Asian descent. There can be reasons other than PCOS to have facial hair, but I would look at the PCOSupport site to see if there are other symptom that you may have that you had not associated with your facial hair before.
