Hair question?

I have been reading the posting here and I can relate to some of the problems, but not all. By biggest issue is facial hair. I hit puberty at around 12 and sprouted a moustache. As I got older, it got worse. Most of the hair is fine and blonde, but a lot of it is long, coarse and long. Even the electrloysist I was going to said my hair pattern was different. I have had blood tests and ultrasounds, but everything came back normal. I have always been very self-conscious about this and have always felt there was something wrong, but have never been able to figure anything out. Is it ever normal for a woman to have excess facial hair? Could I have PCOS but still have tests coming back normal? Any input would be great!
