It is my understanding that if you use carob powder such as 1/2 cup per
day (for a weight of 140 - more if you weigh more) you get the amount
needed to help you with PCOS. I mix it with 1 cup soy milk, 1/2 cup
ice, 1 tsp cinammon and 1 tsp vanilla extract. I started this last week
and I already feel as if I have more energy. I found the information on
http://www.soulcysters.com/ under the Alternative Remedies bulletin
board. There also is a very detailed message as to why this works for
women with pcos.
