I am not formally diagnosed with PCOS but I can relate to most of the symptoms, weight, facial hair, thinning head hair. I am not married and therefore cannot determine if I have fertility issues. I do have regular menses but not sure if I am regularly ovulating. Anyway, I started Saw Palmetto, Vitex, and Dong Quai.
