With summer coming up can't hide behind sweaters and turtlenecks. I prefer the bitter cold for this reason. Spiro has helped with my acne, i use to suffer from both my back and my chest being covered in acne (looked more like a rash). Since on the medication it has improved. Wear cotton and protect your skin from sunlight.
