I know exactly what you mean. I hate this stuff. I was just diagnosed the Tuesday before last and I am devastated. I knew that something might be wrong but, I didn't have any health insurance the past 4 years to find out. I am 21 and I weigh almost 300 pounds. I got a Deprovera (birth control) shot when I was 17 at 140 pounds. By the time I turned 19 I was at this weight with no change in diet and the hair on my body would just not stop growing no matter how I accessed the situation.

I always thought that when I could get to the doctors they would find the problem, (which I had thought was a serious side affect from Deprovera) give me maybe two to four weeks worth of medication and all of my problems would be fixed. I am just so shattered right now. The past week has been nothing but whys, hows, and swollen eyes from constantly crying on my husband's shoulder. We have been trying to conceive for the past year and half now and now that I know it may not happen I don't know what to do.

I know what you had asked for but, I thought that I should tell you my situation before I comment. Anyhow I also have an electric shaver and it doesn't burn or sting plus it is quick so you can just do it and go. I personally have to use it EVERY DAY or...... well, you know. I send to you and everyone else with this situation all my empathizing thoughts of love. I hope that I helped. :)
