Wow! that is so odd! I have developed a horrible belly! So much so that It is causing alot of discomfort with my hernia. (the weight of it pulls my hernia outwards...eeeeewooooooo) I have been advised to lose the weight so that I can go ahead with the op but the belly weight is somthing different altogether! I'd have said that I had firm muscles underneath the flab but obviously I have not since a hernia is indicative of muscle weakness. But what came first? The belly or the weakness??? Wishing you all the best, Clare.
