I was watching 20/20 one Friday night and they clearly stated that stimulators do not work and the women used for the commerical are as everyone guessed models. So where does that leave us to crunches. Ab excerise really haven't done much for me, I am of latina blood. But what use to seem to help was floor excerises lifting the legs to the stomach. Squats might help.
