I have pretty good muscles in that area but the pooch remains. It's somewhat sunny side up, you know like a good boob job :P. Some days it's almost completely flat, others it's pouring out over my pants. I've lost all the weight I wanted so that's not the answer either... I think mine is here to stay :P.
