I think, I'm NOT sure, that a man just claimed to have had a heart
attack from using one of those electronic pulse belts. How true is it?
I have no idea, but I'm deffinately not going to try one and find out!!
;0) I am, however, going to buy the AbDoer. I HATE doing sit ups, and
infact because of previous eye surgeries and the need for future
surgery, I can't put that kind of pressure on myself. (I had to have a
cesarean because I wasn't able to push) This seems to be a much easier
approach to sloughing off the poundage, but things aren't always as easy
as they seem. In the mean time, I'll just have to live with the bakery
around my waist and hope to get rid of all the rolls some time soon!!
