This is what I do, Lie on the floor with your legs apart and your feet on the floor, knees bent. Put your hands behind your ears, and imagine that you have an orange between your neck and your chin. Lift your head up, keeping that gap, and lower, repeat of 8 x 2. Then lift slightly , and slightly again, and lower slightly and slightly again, x 8. Repeat first exercise for eight only. Then lift slightly, lift a little more and lift a little more, but go down in one go. Do that eight times, and then go back to the first exercise and do that eight times more!

Then put your hand under your bottom, and lift your legs in the air. Rock them up and down 24 times! (I can only manage about three or four at a time!)

I can guarantee that if you do these right, you'll feel them the next day!!!!!

You need to do these at least five times a week, but they take about ten minutes to do.
