I have been having fertility treatment for over 10 years now and four IVF treatments which have not resulted in a pregnancy. I've had various investigations done and know that I have PCOS. My consultant has now suggested that I have ovarian diothermy and I'm not sure if I want to have it done or not. He wants to do this in conjunction with drug treatment for insulin-resistence.
