Possible Growth Hormone Resistance.I don't know if this relates to PCOS at all. There are several other endocrine disorders that can make you appear older. Any chronic illness for that matter.

After a certain age(I believe it is around twenty)-our bodies stop producing Natural Growth Hormone-or produce very small amounts. This is influenced by the following:

REM sleep, exercise and good dietary habits influence the release of natural growth hormone.

A very good product to take is "Co Enzyme Q-10.

In honestly,it is unlikey that you have the above, but as we all know-sugar ages us prematurely. It may just be the IR.I don't know. Stress, too much sunlight or not enough light will also cause one to look older than their stated age.

I suggest doing some research on Natural Growth Hormone...don't use these products that make a claim that they will make you look younger, but do some of your own research. This is a very interesting subject, especially where chronic illness is concerned.

This is all I have for you and hope it helps.

I do believe this can be reveresed. It is amazing how stress alone can age someone ten or more years.
