There are different dosages and different numbers of days in which you Provera. You may need to take the Provera for 7, 10, 12, or 15 days or at a higher dosage (10 mg?) in order to acheive the withdrawal bleed depending on your estrogen level at this time. Your hormone level can be entirely different than last year.

Prometrium *may* work better for you.
