Hello, Well lets see, I have that problem all the time. I have IBS-irritable bowel syndrome and I'm also lactose intolerent. so my diet is very restricted. I can't eat any dark green vegtables or lettuce. I have to drink lactaid milk, no dairy products whats so ever.. It takes time to get use to it but I don't miss anything anymore, ya find other things to eat, its not all that bad... Ihope you feel better soon....
