If you go to the social security web page for diability there is a link tha tgoes into all the disorders that you can recieve disability for. You must meet and have drs records of proof of one of those very limited disorders in order to get it. I do not think that PCOS is listed and it will probably be are hard case to sell. I do not even think morbid obesity made the cut, It is designed to limit the number of people eligible. Good luck.
