I am one of the fortunate pcos gals who was able to have 2 babies, one 8 and one 3. I don't know how close you are to your due date, but I would consult with your doctor as soon as you can over this leaking fluid. It could be a number of things...the closer you get to your due date, the baby could be pressing on your bladder causing urine to leak, and you said it is once or twice a day. Or it could be the other as you thought.
