Hi Angie....doesn't sound like you are imagining all this, sounds pretty real to me. If your mom won't let you go to a gyno, ask your family doctor on your next visit to refer you, and tell him why, ask him to do blood work to check your insulin. Keep reading up on pcos and go in prepared. You may want to print off some stuff and show your mom, there is no denying it, you do have many of the symptoms and if you can get some treatment that would be great. Good luck to you, and you have stumbled across the best group of women I have ever met, they are not only helpful and knowledgeable, they are nice people. Glad you are here.
