Low red blood cell count is an indication of recent hemorrhage, fluid overload or anemia.

Low hematocrit indicated anemia or dilution of the blood.

Low lymphocytes usually indicates that your immune system is depressed.

You would be concerned if your Alkaline Phosphatase or ALT is high. Low does not pose any problem that I am aware of.

Finally, the low RBCs and HCT may make you feel weak and tired. Taking more iron may help, eating red meat, spinach, etc.
