hang on on minute. I realise soy seems to be bad for the thyroid, and this is something to bear in mind, but low carbing restricts one so much anyway, surely it makes sense to choose whether or not we want to eat soy. I do admit to not knowing much about nutrition, but what about all the meat sources of protein? Unless one can afford to eat organic all the time one is probably eating food filled with oestrogen mimickers anyway. Also I thought soy was meant to lower oestrogen if it was too high and raise it if it was too low, not just raise it.
