I hear you in your complaint about "ingrown hairs." That is what they
are. You digging at them...is making the problem "even worse." I
decided to quit shaving and start plucking...it was the worst mistake of
my life. My face became a complete mess. It took me eight months to
finally clear it all up. Try taking apirin (3 or 4)...disolve them in a
cap full of "rubbing alcohol..or water," this will take away the the
swelling..and allow the root to heal. "Tendskin" does this as well..but
it is expensive and very "drying" to the skin..and can actually make
your problem worse. Trust me..this works..it is the only thing that has
helped me...and it is cheap. It also helps with "razor burn."
