testosterone????

Still no diagnosis yet, but I got the results from my blood test today. LH/FSH are fine, but my testosterone is raised. Has anyone any info on this? I've looked it up on the internet, and all it says is it's one of the main signs of PCOS, or an adrenal tumour. I'm hoping it's PCOS! Sounds silly huh? The nurse who gave me the results wouldnt give me the exact numbers, but she did ask what my cycles were like, and I had to say I didn't know, because all of my cycles have been medicated (norethisterone, or Zoladex, and recently clomid) for the last year and a half. Before that they were every 21-28 days, normally at about 25 days. Is that regular or irregular? I have some facial hair, excess weight, pain in my ovaries, acne, hair thinning on my head, dark patches in my armpits/inner thighs and sub fertility. What is wrong with me???? Thanks Lisa xxxx
