Looking for a challenge?I would be interested in hearing about your present diet and exercise regimine. I think we have enough challenges in our lives at the present, but always interested in others experiences. While I admire your efforts to get your blood pumping and on a 1800 caloric diet per day;this isn't the approach that has worked for others.

If you want to read about WHAT exercise we do;then may I make a suggestion that you check out the diet forums, exercise etc.

IR needs to be controlled with Glucophage or Metformin. This is not a matter of who is in control here. This is a disease that we don't have alot of control over. While diet and exercise are certainly regarded as being beneficial for us;thus helping keep diabetes at bay-by no means are these medications only helping the symptoms;they are helping to prevent us from developing diabetes, helping us utilize carbs.
