Hi, Well, it begins about a week before my period and lasts through my period which means about 2 weeks in total that I am totally moody! I have been watching my carbs and so forth so I am not sure what the problem is. I did get some blood tests done to determine my hormone amounts as well as some thyroid tests... maybe that will give me some insight when the results come back. Thanks for the replies.
