Next in thread: Beth: "Re: irregular bleeding" Reply: Beth: "Re: irregular bleeding" Does anyone have any experience with the following: sometimes I will spot and spot and spot and it seems like my period will never start, but whenever I strain for a bowel movement red blood will drip out. Sometimes red blood will even come out when straining during mid-cycle. I asked my doctor and she said it didn't sound exactly normal but she had nothing else to say about it. I am going to see a new doctor in April and wanted to have some ideas about it to bring up. I have PCOS and long, irregular cycles, have had periods last 10-16 days, 20 at the longest.
