I live in Wisconsin also and have received the run around with this. But
i joined the PPCOSA and with the membership papers came a list of
Doctors that are aware of this disease and who go to seminars. He is
located in Waukesha. IF you want to email me I will send you the
information. I do not have it with me at the present time. I have not
seen him yet. But i am going to very soon.
