Hi Kristy,

You are absolutely right. Might I suggest that you work out what you are going to say before hand?

Having said that, what is being done about your husband's problems? You are right, you need to be treated also, but both of you really need to be treated at the same time for this to work. It might take just one, but if the 'one' is slower to get to your egg at the right time, its still a miss.

Personally, I'd still drop the people who don't have a plan. A fertility specialist is probably going to be your best bet, because they would have a plan of attack to help get you pregnant.

Best of luck,

Here is an update after reading all of your wonderful replys so far.... I am 24, and I threw out the birth control pills TODAY!! Although I can't get into my doctor until April 19th, I am going prepared and ready to make her listen to me. The biggest problem I have had with the numerous doctors, is that they all want me to see a fertility specialist BEFORE they will treat me, because my husband has had 2 semen analysis' done and both showed low motility. I feel that this is NO EXCUSE to not treat me...his test results were not that low, and anyways...it only takes ONE, right??? And if I am not working, theres no way that his 'one' will ever work anyhow. Thats just how I feel about it. We have gone through charting BBT's and everything else suggested to an infertile couple, but stopped due to the fact I never ovulated anyhow. But I have started charting again today in hopes of some kind of improvement... I will keep you all posted up to and after my appointment. Thanks again... :)
