Hi, I would give a suggestion if you can tell us *exactly* "at times" means. Does this mean before, during or after your period? After having an argument with someone? Were you exhausted from a 10 hour day and someone worked your last nerve? There are lots of reasons for mood swings, but it is easier to suggest a solution if you know when these swings are happening. BCP might be an option, but so might an SSRI or similiar type of drug, exercise, diet change (if carbs are a problem), thyroid problems ... lots of things
