Hi,

This is somewhat OT, but I think the crowning glory for each of us is who and what we are. We are hopes, dreams, achievements, mistakes and lessons learned. We are more than just a disease. I never identify myself as being diseased. I identify myself with owning my own home, my own car, getting two college degrees, loved and loving friends and family, the ability and willingness to try and learn and do. Your pastor was right ... what is important is each of us and what we can bring as warm, loving human beings. I always think back to the Bible verse that says we were made in God's image. The world may think what it wants, but if I'm made that way, I have to be something pretty special, inside and out. Something that I thought about, thanks to Easter and Tera.

I already had a blessed Easter. :) Hope you all did the same.

I was talking to my pastor (almost more my friend than a pastor) a few months back and I was telling him about how my PCOS is and how I'm starting to lose my hair. He said "I bet this really makes you think about what's really important". It does, it does. I know I've been really attached to my "crowning glory". Thanks and God bless. Have a blessed Easter! Tera
