Were you not moody 3 months ago? Is this a sudden thing or is it just worse than normal? Is it just for a week out of the month or has it been for the entire three months.

If it is only a few days out of the month, it sounds as though it is a possibility that your hormones are not quite in check yet. There is the possibility that you would feel better on the next higher dosage of Glucophage.

If it is the entire month, there is a possibiity that it is an outside reason that is causing you to have this problem. With something acting on you causing your moodiness, the symptoms could still get worse for a few days a month when your hormones are going crazy. You should make sure that you get adequate rest, drink lots of water and reduce your stress load as much as possible. This will help eliminate some of the outside causes of moodiness. I know that I am far more moody when I am under stress. You really do not want to be here when I am about to visit my mother-in-law or when I am in pain and trying to figure out something! Rent a Yoga tape. Get a massage, anything to reduce the stress if necessary. You need to learn what you have to do personally in order to keep your relationship from falling apart *due to your moodiness*. This information will help you at work and play as well. Most importantly, it will help you feel like you are a worthwhile person and that you are someone who *you* can live with.
