NO ELECTOLYSIS!!! It doesn't work too well for permanence, it often scars horribly and it is SO DAMNED EXPENSIVE... I went LASER!!! And I am so so so so so happy with the results... I have had 2 treatments that each required just about an hour and were $300 each (thereafter they get cheaper). Let me just tell you that after the first treatment my THICK, COURSE BEARD/MOUSTACHE/SIDEBURNS THINNED DRAMATICALLY TO THE POINT WHERE I ONLY HAD TO SPOT SHAVE ONCE EVERY 2-3 DAYS!!! IMAGING THAT AFTER ONE TREATMENT THAT IS LESS PAINFUL THAN ELECTROLYSIS AND MORE PERMANENT!!! I live in the San Fernando Valley in So. California... if you happen to be in my neck of the woods might I recommend the lovely laser-wielding lady who has changed my life... Paula Acosta at (818) 790-8020 or call (800) 325-3201 ext 3200 for a referral to a Light Sheer Diode Clinic near you (or log onto http://www.lumenis.com and click the coherent link and they will email a list)

I am quite serious... I TRIED EVERYTHING and this was the first thing that really worked!!! Good Luck
