Hi Stephanie,

I am very tickled to hear that you are working out. I'm glad its working for you. That is wonderful that you are willing to take that challenge. I'm proud of you. :)

I don't talk about mine because it simply starts a flame war or a bunch of garbage. I usually do weights 3 times a week. Its a roundabout type of program. I exercise upper body and lower body as best I can. I'm going to start back on my walks and jogs because I need to get back in training for the half marathon in September. I also build my own fence (and I do mean putting up each board and nailing it in by hand type), care for my yard (treatments, edging, and cutting with a walking lawnmower), do a garden of flowers (by hand except the longest row was done with a tiller) and am getting ready to do a regular garden for veggie/fruits. I take the stairs and rarely use the elevator. For the past 2+ years, I did pretty much aerobics 3 times week. I just recently switched to weights. I also practice some of the moves I used to do in advanced step class, will go back to full routines when I get a regulation Reebok step. I also do some of the moves we learned in Kwando or Tae Bo class.

Btw, I have been able to drop all but one of my medicines so far, and my levels are great. My cholesterol was down last I heard.
