Before spending a lot of money trying to get rid of it, you need to try to get your hormones back in order. If your hormones are out of whack, the hair will just grow back after you have worked so hard to get rid of it. Getting the PCOS under control will help control the hair. Spironolactone (Aldactone)and Propecia (proscar) will help reduce the androgens and help prevent the hair growth from returning. Glucophage (metformin) may also help since it workd to normalize the insulin problem which seems to be the cause of PCOS.
