Some women have used Saw Palmetto with results here. You could do a search on this site for that Palmetto and find more than a couple of entries. It does have a side effect of increasing blood pressure.

As for Don Quai, it is questioned whether it actually increases estrogen levels or not. Either way, women with PCOS generally have excess estrogen to begin with. It is progesterone that we have problems with.

P.S. Could you write your next post using capital and lower case letters? It is difficult to read when the post is in all caps (it is also considered to be shouting). Thanks.
