Good Exercise

I have started a very good diet and exercise program 4 times a week and I have lost 12lbs in a month. But I think what really did it and got my blood pumping and energy level up was the exercise and a wholesome 5 a day diet. I am down to a 1800 calorie diet and it seems to be working. my nutritionist knows all about PCOS and she was able to help me put together a good eating plan..

I read alot of peoples entries on this forum, but I didn't find anyone really talking about what exercise they do. Sure the doctors put us on a lot of drugs and we expect them to work, however the medicine is only helping the symptoms, what about trying to get rid of the problem all together. I have refused to take Clomid and Metformin. I want to get pregnant naturally. And if that means working out 7 days a week and going down to a 1200 calorie diet, that is what it means. I know I will get a few negative responses to this, but I am sure you guys have had a doctor or two tell you that one of the main things you need to do is lose weight.. Easier said than done right, but worth the effort. IS there anyone else out there tired of taking all the different drugs and want a real challenge?
