Paula: I agree with you here. Can you explalin where you found the information about ketones and pregnancy. I've had some discussions with some strict Atkins low carbers, who don't seem concerned about this. I need some sources. I do think The Zone is a very balanced approach to eating, especially good for pregnant women, or women wishing to get pregnant.
