Hmmm, I think there is some confusion here! Soy lecithin is pure
lecithin which happens to have been extracted from soy. It doesn't
contain soy or phytoestrogens, just lecithin.
To misty, I'm not sure how you're supposed to eat the granules, but you
can buy lecithin capsules which are tasteless and easy to swallow which
sounds better!
